Refund policy

Shipping
The estimated delivery time depends on the country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All shipping prices includes VAT. Please be aware of a longer delivery time during the holidays and sale periods. We are working towards having your order processed within 5 working days. For custom items, we aim to process your order within 14 working days.

Undeliverable and Refused Packages 
In the event that delivery is rejected for any reason or considered undeliverable because of an invalid shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen or mis-delivered. 

Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within 14 days from the date on which you received them from us.

Customized items
Due to the nature of customized orders, and the fact that they have been specially created for you, we will not be able to accept returns unless the customized pieces were damaged or faulty when delivered to you.

Exchange and Refunds
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund if a product is defective. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging to be eligible.

Please note: customers pay for the return shipping. This cost will be taken from your refund. Refunds and exchanges are only possible if we receive the item within 14 days after you got your order.

If an item is returned as faulty but shows damage not caused by a manufacturing defect (for example accidental, intentional, or normal wear and tear), we cannot accept it.
